Knowledge & Skills:
We seek attorneys with 1-3 years and 4-6 years experience handling transactional matters in the energy, natural gas or crude oil (and related products and services) areas, including structured hedges, financings of power plant developments or acquisitions, power and natural gas contract restructuring, portfolio purchases and sales, and project development. Legal experience with an energy company or large law firm experience required. Top-tier law schools and stellar academics desired.
