McDermott Will & Emery has a strong commitment to Training and Development. McDermott's ACE (Achieving a Community of Excellence) Program is offered in all U.S. offices
The ACE program is an opportunity for all Administrative Staff to grow both individually and collectively, personally and professionally, to best meet the needs of our clients.The program provides the learning experiences to promote a community of continuous learning and excellence. As part of this program, all staff are encouraged to create a Professional Development Plan which includes the completion of a specific number of credit hours annually. A rich curriculum of on-site classes in both Professional Development and Software Applications are offered.
