McDermott's assignment system allowed me to work on interesting and challenging assignments in the fields that interest me.  I even got the opportunity to work on preparation for an upcoming trial including attending pre-trial hearings and mock jury simulations.  I really felt like I was part of the team.  I think it is the collegial and inclusive work environment that really sets McDermott apart from other firms.
