The Package

McDermott Will & Emery provides a highly competitive salary and benefits package that is subject to regular review.  As of 2007, salaries were as follows:

1st year trainee solicitors:  £39,000
2nd year trainee solicitors:  £43,000
Newly qualified solicitors:  £75,000

Sponsorship & Awards
CPE and LPC funding; tuition for relevant courses and a maintenance grant of £5,000 per year is available.
