The Business Development Analyst collaborates with division leadership to harness their network and create opportunities to convert business off of existing relationships. This position mines targets for new business opportunities and books meetings for closers to meaningfully expand the universe of new targets by effectively data mining the universe of appropriate leads.

As a Business Development Analyst you will:

– Generate high value interactions between private equity and corporate decision makers and firm leadership helping to generate new business through email outreach and targeted phone follow up
– Harness existing sales pipeline with monthly quotas to book both introductory and relationship boosting meetings for Managing Directors of the firm
– Grow pipeline through continuous research and data mining efforts maintaining a timely and regularly updated descriptive list of all pipeline activity and action items
– Aid in the development of lead generation materials and outreach strategies as knowledge of the firm and its capabilities grows
– Provide sales support on active opportunities as appropriate as well as administrative support around sales oriented activities

Job Requirements:

– Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
– At least one (1) year of related work experience
– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
– Strong knowledge and experience of salesforce or a similar CRM highly preferred
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work under consistent deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
– Strong written and verbal communication skills

Expected Pay Range $55,000 – $65,000

Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work. Full time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
