We are seeking an Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our Securities/Capital Markets group. We are open to staffing this position in ALL US Offices with a strong preference for New York, DC, Boston, Miami, and Chicago

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working with equity capital markets such as underwritten offerings,  registered directs and confidentially marketed public offerings
  • Experience with drafting registration statements and Exchange Act disclosure, such as 10-Ks and 10-Qs
  • Experience with issuer side work is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Strong academic records
  • Must be admitted to practice, or eligible to waive in to, the jurisdiction in which you will be located.
