The New York office is seeking a 5th 6th year senior associate for the Real Estate Practice Area. While the New York office is our preferred target, we would also consider well qualified candidate who would practice preferably in New York or Atlanta, but open to other U.S. locations where we have an office

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5-6 years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience, concentrating primarily in lender side finance work, including familiarity with mezzanine lending and intercreditor/co-lender arrangements, and secondarily including sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, leasing and development.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background
  • Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where residing or have the ability to become admitted within one year
