Job Description:
We are seeking a Restructuring Associate to represent debtors, official creditors committees, lenders, asset purchasers, and other constituents in connection with in-court and out-of-court restructurings and litigation, including cross-border matters. This position is open to candidates in New York, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, and Dallas.

Job Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of experience with in-court and out-of-court restructurings, including chapter 11 proceedings
- Must be admitted to the jurisdiction for which you are applying
As an Associate, you will:
- Present and argue contested matters in court
- Participate meaningfully in client communications
- Draft pleadings, including first-day motions
- Draft plans of reorganization and all documents relating to confirmation
- Assist in the sale or purchase of distressed assets
- Manage orderly liquidations
- Conduct claims reconciliation and objection processes
- Participate in negotiation settlements
- Participate in negotiations with official committees of unsecured creditors, banks and other parties-in-interest
Expected Pay Range for Associates: 2025/2024 Class Compensation Years: $225,000
2023 Class Compensation Years: $235,000
2022 Class Compensation Years: $260,000
2021 Class Compensation Years: $310,000
2020 Class Compensation Years: $365,000
2019 Class Compensation Years: $390,000
2018 Class Compensation Years: $420,000
2017 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
