The New York office is seeking a 1st 3rd-year Associate for our Litigation Practice Group. McDermott has a specialized team focused exclusively on cryptocurrency. This job posting is for a spot on that team. The ideal applicant would have experience or a demonstrated interest in cryptocurrency-related litigation, government investigations, and regulatory advice. A strong working knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain is required. McDermott has been at the forefront of cryptocurrency-related litigation, government investigation defense, crypto-tracing and asset recovery, and regulatory advice.
