The Health Practice Group is looking for a 3rd to 4th year Associate with a background in digital health.  This position is open to candidates in any of our U.S. offices. The candidate will be working on regulatory and transactional matters at the intersection of health care delivery and digitalization.  Projects draw on the following areas: technological innovation, clinical research, data strategies ( how data is used as an asset ), data analytics and privacy. Should have general knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory environments and their impact on healthcare transactions. Prior experience working with digital health companies, technology platforms, research institutes, or life sciences companies working with apps or other digital health technologies is preferred. The candidate should be a passionate, dynamic, strong writer, ready to work independently with many opportunities for client facing projects, highly motivated associate, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a sophisticated practice in a team-based, collegial environment.


 Job Requirements:

-3-4 years of regulatory and/or transactional experience in the digital health space.

-Excellent academic credentials, writing and communication skills, including the ability to converse with firm clients on a regular basis, are required.

-AmLaw 100 experience preferred.

-Must hold a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.

-Must be barred or eligible to become barred in the jurisdiction where you will sit.
