 McDermott is seeking an IP Litigation Associate with 4-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Life Sciences such as Chemistry, Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Genetics, Biochemistry, and Chemical Engineering. Advanced degrees are a plus and industry work experience is desirable. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work as a team member are critical.

 Job Requirements:

  • 4 – 7 years of IP Litigation experience
  • Small Molecule, ANDA/Hatch Waxman experience preferred
  • Must be barred and in good standing in the state in which you practice
  • Excellent analytical skills, writing skills, and academic record

 Expected Pay Range for Associates: 2023/2022 Class Compensation Years: $215,000

     2021 Class Compensation Years: $225,000

    2020 Class Compensation Years: $250,000

     2019 Class Compensation Years: $295,000

     2018 Class Compensation Years: $345,000

     2017 Class Compensation Years: $370,000

     2016 Class Compensation Years: $400,000

     2015 and more senior class compensation years: $415,000
