Job Summary:

The New York office is seeking a 3rd – 4th year Commercial Litigation Associate for our Litigation Practice Group, preferably with both federal and New York state court experience in breach of contract, real estate, bankruptcy, corporate governance and/or securities litigation.

 Job Requirements:

• Must be current member of the New York bar.
• Must have outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier school and strong writing skills.
• Experience with both federal and New York state court experience in breach of contract, real estate, bankruptcy, corporate governance and/or securities litigation preferred.
• Judicial Clerks encouraged to apply.

 Expected Pay Range for Associates: 2024/2023 Class Compensation Years: $225,000

                                                           2022 Class Compensation Years: $235,000

                                                           2021 Class Compensation Years: $260,000

                                                           2020 Class Compensation Years: $310,000

                                                           2019 Class Compensation Years: $365,000

                                                           2018 Class Compensation Years: $390,000

                                                           2017 Class Compensation Years: $420,000

                                                           2016 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
