We are seeking 2d to 4th year Associates with transactional backgrounds to join our Heath Law Practice Area.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of transaction experience, including M&A and Private Equity experience.
  • Not-for-profit transaction experience (preferred but not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working effectively within a deadline-driven environment is required
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Must be barred in the jurisdiction where you will practice or be eligible to become barred in that jurisdiction
