We are seeking a technology and cryptocurrency focused staff attorney to join our leading Technology Transactions practice in the Corporate Advisory Group.  This is an opportunity to work with one of the leading legal technology teams in the entire country.  This is a full time position with significant responsibility and client contact.

The candidate should have the following background and attributes:


  • Proven record of professional excellence and achievement with a minimum of 2 to 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney in good standing at a law firm or as an in-house transactional attorney required
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts, licensing agreement, service agreements and/or technology transactions (e.g., software licenses, cloud agreements, master services agreements, distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, technology development, alliance agreements).  Experience with blockchain, crypto, artificial intelligence, and outsourcing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated record of excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as a team member required
  • Experience working effectively within a deadline-driven environment required


  • Must be barred in the jurisdiction where you will sit
