We are seeking a Staff Attorney to join the Corporate Advisory Practice Group to be placed in either our New York, Boston, Chicago, Miami or Washington, DC office.


  • Proven record of professional excellence and achievement with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney in good standing 
  • Experience conducting contract reviews/due diligence, particularly for M&A transactions, and preparation of disclosure schedules required;
  • Experience with drafting and negotiating nondisclosure agreements desired but not essential
  • Experience with AI-based contract review software platforms preferred
  • Experience in real estate, franchise matters and/or healthcare industry desired but not essential
  • Demonstrated record of excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as a team member required 
  • Experience working effectively within a deadline-driven environment required 


  • Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction to which you are applying

 This is a non-partner track position.
