The US & International Tax Group is seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our New York office. Candidates must be submitted online through our web-apply portal for consideration. Questions can be directed to Amy Gillmore, Talent Acquisition Manager at agillmore@mwe.com.

 Job Requirements:

  • Tax Controversy experience required, preferably both administrative controversy and tax litigation experience
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
  • First rate organizational skills and ability to manage productive relationships with clients and co-advisors.
  • Excellent writing, speaking, researching, and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background.
  • LLM a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to be admitted to the NY Bar.

Expected Pay Range for Associates: 2025/2024 Class Compensation Years: $225,000

     2023 Class Compensation Years: $235,000

     2022 Class Compensation Years: $260,000

     2021 Class Compensation Years: $310,000

     2020 Class Compensation Years: $365,000

     2019 Class Compensation Years: $390,000

     2018 Class Compensation Years: $420,000

     2017 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
